Recognised for many years as a showbusiness entrepeneur and television producer,
its only recently that yet another of Johnnie's talents made the headlines
- this time it was his prowess with oil paint and brushes which made the news
and opened up an entirely new career.

four page feature in the prestigous magazine Cheshire Life led to a highly successful
exhibition of Johnnie's paintings, which in turn created a significant demand
for his work.
